Situated on California’s Pacific Coast and overlooking the ocean, this pair of adjoining beach houses underwent a five-year, down-to-the-studs renovation led by Stephen Stone Designs, who oversaw the architecture, design, and furniture selection.

I was commissioned to project manage the finishing touches ahead of the client’s summer move-in. For a client who loves to host, every detail was carefully considered — from reviewing final finishes to coordinating deliveries of existing furniture and accessories, to overseeing the placement of antiques, commissioned artworks, and travel finds — ensuring these coastal retreats were move-in ready, layered with character, and tailored for entertaining.
