Full-service residential design is the studio's primary practice — comprehensive design for private residences and select hospitality commissions across New York, Los Angeles, and internationally. The work spans interior architecture and space planning, bespoke furniture and millwork, FF&E specification and procurement, and end-to-end project management.
Engagements are taken on for full-home renovations, new builds, and considered evolutions of homes the client already loves. Each project is led personally by Georgia, from the first site visit through final installation, with a small number of new commissions accepted each year.

The Residence Programme is a considered design service for Manhattan and Brooklyn renters — built for clients who are signing serious leases on serious apartments, and who want them to feel like a home rather than a holding pattern. The Programme is fully landlord-friendly: every intervention is reversible, and the pieces are chosen to move with the client when the lease ends.
The work includes furnishing, styling, and reversible improvements — paint, lighting, hardware, removable wallpaper, custom-fit window treatments, and curated art and objects. Georgia draws on trade-only showrooms, antique dealers, and a network of fabricators built across her years in New York residential design.
The Programme typically runs six to ten weeks from first conversation to install. It suits longer leases — two years and up — where the design genuinely earns its place, and where the pieces become the foundation of the client's future home.

DISCOVERY
Every engagement begins with an introductory call, followed by a site visit (in person where possible, virtually otherwise). This phase is about us listening: how do you live, what does the space need to achieve, what are your likes and dislikes. This builds strong foundations for a clear brief upon which to develop the design.

concept
Mood, materiality, proportion. Georgia presents initial design direction — typically in person — with reference imagery, material samples, and a clear narrative for how the space will feel. This is the phase where the project's visual aesthetic and character are set.

design development
Detailed plans, elevations, finish specifications, and full furniture, lighting, and textile schemes. Decisions are made deliberately and documented thoroughly. By the end of the development phase, our clients know what every surface, fixture, and piece in the home will be.

procurement & project management
Trade-only sourcing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and timeline management. This is where the studio's structured background becomes most tangible — every order, lead time, and delivery is tracked, and the client receives regular updates throughout.

installation & styling
The final phase, where the home comes together. Georgia oversees installation personally, with careful attention to placement, lighting levels, art hanging, and the final styling touches that resolve a space.
