Georgia oversaw an interior refresh of the finishes, fixtures and hardware, to prepare the property for the market.
The redesign maximised natural light and flow, introducing a soft palette of warm whites, linen drapery, and wood finishes that brought warmth and texture throughout. Original architectural details, including stained glass windows and a sweeping staircase, were carefully preserved and complemented with updated lighting and fixtures. The primary suite was configured to create airy his-and-hers bathrooms and walk-in closets, reimagined with clean lines and timeless finishes.

The project took the house from the 1970s and transformed it into a contemporary home with broad appeal, contributing to a swift sale at 40% above the original valuation.
